In his poem ‘Desiderata’, Max Ehrmann wrote, “In the noisy confusion of life, keep peace with your soul. With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.” In my photography I attempt to capture landscapes and buildings which stand unaffected in their purity and glorious detachment from ‘sham, drudgery and broken dreams’. Using classical rules of composition I aim to create harmonious pictures that are imbued with a sense of timelessness in celebration of our still beautiful world.
